CONCENSUM Token Swap
Dear Community, Dear CPY-Owner,
With the token sale that ended on 09. February 2018, the team already distributed ERC20 CPY tokens, which are currently being traded at the exchanges. ERC20 CPY tokens were distributed before so that you can trade CPY at the exchanges before the main-net launch.
Exchange Rate: 1 CPY = 2 CEN
Now, we will exchange the ERC20 CPY tokens to main-net CEN coins so that we can further develop and expand the use of CEN coins. The token swap will be carried out by us. We are very close to completing everything needed to begin the token swap. During the token swap, your CPY token will swap to CEN coins. For every 1 CPY token you have, you will receive 2 CEN coins.
CEN
For the token swap we generated 122.885.871 CEN initially. There are 53.000.748 CPY tokens existing today. The 53.000.748 CPY tokens will be swapped to 106.001.496 CEN during the token swap because the token swap ratio is 1:2. The rest of the remaining 16.884.375 CEN will be used to maintain blockchain operation fees to manage disputes, deregister images, and rights related to the copyright register. The tokens will never be available for trade or to be sold on the market. They are reserved as transaction fees for node operators/stakers.
During the ICO we announced that additional coins will be generated as rewards and fees to pay node operators/stakers.
62.579.250 CEN are generated/staked/mined as rewards during the next 45 years. They are not currently existing today, but generated for each block during the staking.
The maximum supply will be 185.465.211 CEN after approximately 45 years.
How long will the token swap go?
The token swap will last for 6 months. We will be continuously sending notifications via our telegram group and email. You can swap your ERC20 CPY tokens to main-net CEN coins anytime during the token swap period.

21.03.2019: Token swap is completed. No swap is possible after this date.
What if I miss the deadline?
If you miss the 21.03.2019 deadline you have no chance to swap your CPY. You can keep your CPY in your wallet, but they are nearly useless. You will have full control of your remaining CPY tokens because they are in your wallet and the related smart-contract.
